You can return an item if:
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened perfumes unless they arrived damaged.
Let us know within 7 days of receiving your item if there’s a problem. We won’t be able to accept return requests after that.

Returned items must be:
We’ll always try to be understanding — if you’ve only tested it lightly, we’ll gladly review the return. However, bottles that are significantly used, damaged, or missing their original box may not qualify for a refund.
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll refund the purchase to online payment method within 7 business days.
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want something else, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Changed your mind? You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order — just email us. If the order has shipped, cancellation isn’t possible.
